wonderful stay near greenwich park
dlr station convenient travel modern gym
The hotel is close to the dlr station , made travel easy. i appreciated the gym. It includes two treadmills and some free weights. the room included both a shower and a bath which i found convenient.
the toilet room felt a bit cramped and lacked space for toiletries.

totally awesome stay!
clean room early check-in spacious room
My room was super clean and felt really fresh when i arrived. i checked in early. The staff let me do this, so good after my long flight. the room was spacious enough for my daughter and myself, so it worked out perfectly.
the front desk was a little hesitant when i asked to drop my bags. it was a sign of problems to come . the hair in the tub was gross. it.

the hotel has a restaurant and a bar. they have a calm atmosphere that is perfect if you want to spend some quality time with your family or by yourself. the grocery store nearby is super useful, only a few minutes walking distance.

the location is awesome because the train station is right next door, so transportation is super easy. it's great to go to central areas. you can walk about ten minutes to get to the water. it is a really nice sight.

the room had nice decor that was really lively and changed the whole atmosphere. it also had super comfortable beds with extra pillows so we slept great. i really enjoyed that my room was clean and fresh when i arrived.

the breakfast was delicious. i loved the location because it was right beside the train station. the rooms were tidy. also the bed was comfy.
i didn't like the bathroom sink. it wasn't cleaned very well. the drain for the sink didn't work either.

An Acceptable Stay
accessible location train station friendly staff tired room missing lamps no cleaning
The hotel location is very accessible. It sits beside a train station, which I found useful. A variety of restaurants surround it, a convenience I enjoyed. The hotel staff was friendly.
The room felt a bit tired. The previous guest seemed to have taken away the bedside lamps. This was not noticed by the cleaner. I asked for them to be reinstated, but nothing happened. My room was not cleaned .

hotel location suited my travel needs. a complementary bottled water was provided on the first night. a large bed and good pillows were in my room. a bath robe and slippers were provided for me. the bathroom had everythink i needed.
